George Where I fish there are no baitfish and the trout feed on bugs. This particular fly has a thicker body which works , whereas the thinner floss bodies dont. Eye or no eye doesnt seem to matter. Thicker buggier body, narrow rib is the ticket where I go. A hair wing with a bit of action would be better yet. Marabou gets fouled too easy, not as good.
